Shipping & Policies
Handmade, so please allow time
Every case is sculpted, baked and finished by hand, one at a time. Ships within 1 week. It will get to you. Good weird things take a little while.
Shipping
US only for now. $8 flat-rate shipping (US) per order. Orders go out by USPS with tracking, and you will get the tracking number as soon as it ships. Once it ships, delivery is usually 2 to 5 business days.
Cases only
These are clay cases only. A lighter is not included, and none are shipped with one. All cases are made for BIC lighters unless a custom order is commissioned for a different lighter.
Returns
All sales final, since every case is handmade. If your case arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and I'll repair or replace it.
Every case is a little different
Handmade clay means small variations in color and detail. The photos show the exact piece you are buying. Colors can look a bit different on different screens.
Care
Keep it out of extreme heat and don't drop it on hard floors. Glow-in-the-dark cases glow best after time in bright light.
